This month I have one favourite! Slightly different from my usual random favourites. It’s just one favourite this month. And it is over the knee boots. I got my pair in October and I am so happy to have finally got a pair! I’ve been looking for ages! I love over the knee boots. They are perfect for the autumn weather. Comfy and cosy and you feel covered but up but feel like you can go anywhere for any occasion and you’d still look good.
Over The Knee Boots – The Fit
I had looked in so many stores, I didn’t look online because I feel knee high boots you need to try on. Depending on your height, the fit (especially round the calves and thighs). There is no point getting a pair of over the knees if they are baggy and constantly falling down as you walk. It’s all about the fit! Stuart Weitzman have some really nice styles. Heeled and flat in gorgeous suedes and leather. Although I’m writing this post, I’m not a shoe person so spending 500 plus on a pair of boots (although gorgeous, yes) was a lot! I weighed up my options and decided to keep looking.
A Good Find
I found my pair in Call It Spring, the sister company of Aldo. They had $30 off and I was sold on my moss coloured suede boots with a black fabric insert up the side with a gold detail on the heel. Usually all the prices are going up for over the knee boots in this season, so I had to grab a pair straight away. I couldn’t find them online so I’m not sure if they were store only if they’ve just sold out. Here are some more of favourites. With the autumn season so short I am going to be making the most out of my boots before the snow comes in!
