Decluttering is one of the best ways to get the most potential out of your space without having to do any major design work or DIY improvements. Sometimes it can be overwhelming to even think about sorting out the whole house. Along with anything else worthwhile, it takes a bit of effort but it’s so worthwhile in the end!
There have been a lot of posts on this blog about how clearing clutter and organization helps us with our mind, our moods our concentration and energy. As well as just being able to enjoy our home and welcome guests over. Good organization plus great design makes a beautiful home.
I always like to organize my space at least a couple of times a year. Beginning with the new year. Decluttering your home is also a good way for practicising self care. When it comes to a decluttering and organizing the home it instantly lifts your spirits and you can begin concentrating on the important things in your life!
The 7 Step Declutter workbook is broken down into 7 easy steps, room by room. It starts with the kitchen (as that can be the most daunting space to tackle). The kitchen is broken down further into separate areas like fridge and cabinets etc. Then through to the rest of the rooms. Once the kitchen is done, decluttering and organizing the rest of the rooms is so much easier!
